This notice has been prepared by ChiefTechMarine Gemi Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (the "Company"), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to inform you about the personal data processed in connection with requests submitted through our website.

We process the full name, company, email address, phone number and request description (including any equipment details you share) that you provide through the service and spare parts request form, as well as your IP address for technical security purposes.

Assessing service, maintenance and spare parts requests and contacting you,
Preparing quotations and planning the work,
Maintaining information security and preventing misuse.

Legal basis and method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the form on our website and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract and is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with the providers of our email and hosting services and, where required by law, with authorised public authorities.
